You may unsubscribe from promotional emails by using the unsubscribe instructions included in the message or by contacting us directly. Transactional or service-related emails may still be sent when necessary.

You may opt out of promotional text messages by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary.
Federal guidance gives recipients the right to stop commercial email and requires consent for certain commercial text messages, along with a reasonable method of revoking that consent.
5. Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics for basic website traffic measurement and to better understand how visitors use the website.
Google Analytics may collect information such as device and browser information, approximate location, website activity, session statistics, and referral information. Clear Head Concierge does not intend to use Google Analytics advertising personalization, remarketing, or similar advertising features.
Google may process information in accordance with its own privacy policies and service terms. Google’s documentation states that its default Analytics implementation may collect session statistics, browser and device information, and approximate geolocation.
You may manage cookies through your browser settings. Restricting cookies may affect certain website functions.
6. Cloudflare Turnstile
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to help protect website forms from spam, bots, abuse, and automated submissions.
When you interact with a protected form, Cloudflare may process limited browser, device, network, and interaction information to determine whether the submission appears to come from a person rather than an automated system.
Cloudflare processes this information according to its own terms and privacy practices. Turnstile operates by running a browser challenge, generating a token, and validating that token through Cloudflare’s service.
7. How We Disclose Information
We may disclose information to service providers that assist with:
- Website hosting and maintenance
- Email delivery
- Telephone and text communications
- Website analytics

8. Sale and Advertising Use of Personal Information
Clear Head Concierge does not sell customer personal information.
We do not use website information for third-party behavioral advertising or Google Analytics remarketing based on the current website configuration.
We may use contact information to send Clear Head Concierge’s own promotional communications as described in this Privacy Policy.
9. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Our website and service providers may use cookies and similar technologies to:
- Operate the website
- Remember technical preferences
- Measure website traffic and performance
- Understand how visitors use the website
- Protect forms from spam and automated activity
- Maintain website security
Most browsers allow you to block, restrict, or delete cookies. Some website features may not function properly when cookies are disabled.
10. Do Not Track Disclosures
Some browsers allow users to transmit a Do Not Track signal.
Because there is not a single method used by all websites and service providers to interpret these signals, our website does not currently respond differently to browser-based Do Not Track signals.
Third-party services, including Google Analytics and Cloudflare Turnstile, may collect technical or usage information as described in this Privacy Policy and according to their own privacy practices.
11. Information Concerning Children
Our website is intended for adults seeking services for themselves or members of their households. It is not directed to children under 13, and children under 13 should not submit personal information through the website.
A parent or legal guardian may provide limited information about a child when requesting or authorizing services. We use that information only as reasonably necessary to communicate with the parent or guardian, evaluate treatment needs, provide services safely, and maintain appropriate business records.
If we learn that personal information was submitted directly by a child under 13 without appropriate parental involvement, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
Federal children’s privacy requirements apply to websites directed to children under 13 and to operators with actual knowledge that they are collecting personal information online directly from a child under 13.

13. Data Security
Clear Head Concierge uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
No website, email system, text-message service, payment platform, or method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Customers should avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information through website forms, ordinary email, or text message.

We will not discriminate against you for making a privacy request protected by applicable law.
15. Third-Party Websites and Services
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or use services operated by third parties.
Clear Head Concierge does not control and is not responsible for the privacy, security, content, or practices of independent third parties. You should review the privacy policy of any third-party service you use.
16. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to our website, services, technology, vendors, communications, or legal obligations.
