Why We Started Clear Head Concierge

Clear Head Concierge began with our own family’s experience with head lice.

With three young children at home and our whole household affected, we remember how quickly it became overwhelming. The stress, embarrassment, late-night calls, and uncertainty made an already exhausting situation feel even harder.

We eventually found help, but despite following the instructions, the lice came back. Supplies were not included, communication was limited, and we received very little guidance once the appointment was over. The experience left us wishing there had been a more prepared, professional, and supportive option.

That experience led to Clear Head Concierge, a mobile lice removal service designed to take the pressure off parents and bring a calmer, more organized approach to lice removal at home.
