Lice have a predictable life cycle, and this plan is designed to break it at every stage. Following each step on the correct day is one of the most important things you can do to achieve a full and lasting result.
Your 9-Day Treatment Schedule
Day 1 – Technician Visit

Why Every Step Matters
This plan targets lice at each stage of development, which is why the timing of Days 2, 3, 6, and 9 is especially important. Skipping a day or changing the schedule may allow eggs to hatch between treatments and undo the progress already made.
Lice lay eggs, also known as nits, that typically hatch within 7 to 10 days. Missing even one treatment can give newly hatched lice an opportunity to survive and restart the cycle.
Home Care Checklist
Wash all pillowcases, sheets, recently worn clothing, and towels in hot water. Dry everything using the highest heat setting that is safe for the item.
Soak combs, brushes, clips, and hair accessories in hot water for 5 to 10 minutes. After soaking, place them in a sealed plastic bag and leave them in the freezer overnight. Items that cannot be soaked may be placed directly into a sealed bag and left in the freezer overnight.
Use the eucalyptus and mint spray daily throughout the 9-day treatment plan. It may also be used afterward as part of your ongoing preventative care routine.
Lice do not survive long away from the scalp, so extensive cleaning of your entire home is not necessary. Focus on the items that have recently come into contact with the treated individual’s hair or head.
